The english translation might be a bit sloppy, so I'd like to clarify what's up.

The plan for 6.900 is meant for pictures with simple backgrounds, like the sky, the sea or really simple buildings.

For 18.000, I'll go all out.

You can request something and won't be charged if the request isn't accepted. Due to generally high work volume I might not be able to accept it, but please consider sending a request if you can.
